How Do I Place An Order?

Orders can be placed on our website, in our Atlanta storefront or via email. If you have any problems placing your order online, you can always call us at 678-235-3464 and we can help you process.

Can I cancel my order?

To maintain a competitive edge, we process jobs as soon as we receive them. If your order has been placed on a run, it can not be taken off after the plates have been made. Because all of our work is custom printed to order, all sales are final. We are unable to use or recycle your printing after we have completed it. If you need to cancel an order you have placed, you must call and speak to a Clash representative. An Email DOES NOT constitute cancellation under any conditions.

Can I email you my order?

Yes! If you would like to email your order in, then please send it to [email protected] and call the office to remit payment by phone 678-235-3464. Or you can come in to our Atlanta storefront to pay in person. Major credit cards and cash only.

Do You Offer Printing Terms Or Credit?

Unfortunately at this time due to our fast turnaround and there amount of daily orders we require 100% payment before any work can begin. We accept certified checks, money order, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you would like to pay using a Wire Transfer, please contact us by phone.

I'm having trouble uploading my files. What do I do?

If your file is too large to send via email, you can use WeTransfer to upload and send your files to us. You can always reply to the automatic receipt you will get after ordering with your files as well.

Can I pick up my order instead of shipping?

Yes! If you do not want to ship your order and want to pick up at our location then please fill out the billing information, click bill and ship to same location and the next step will ask if you want shipping or if you would like to pick up your package.

Tax exempt customers.

If you are tax exempt for sales tax in the state of Georgia you will need to fill out a sales tax exemption form before placing your order. If you approved then your online account will be updated accordingly.

Is my information safe on your website?

No information we collect for order processing or from inquiries is shared with any other company or website. Your information is only used to contact you when necessary. Credit Card information is only used to bill you for products and services ordered. Our secure shopping cart uses the latest SSL encryption technology verified by the trusted seal. Your order is submitted and retrieved with a secure connection to our server and remains secure at all times.
